The only reason I can see if that there is lots of money in adoption and there are many rich and wealthy people in the area who cannot them selves have there own children.
A child adoption racket was set up by The Executive Core Members Of Richmondshire District Council For profit. I am unaware of how many families have been effected by these people to date but I can imagen they are aggressively abusing their positions of power and conducting their agenda on the lower classes vigorously.
These People have now gained access to positions in another council Named Hambleton District Council.
