Dear Nelson, Natascha,

I didn't request NAMES and case numbers. I would like the number
please. Adoption is adoption. Now the numbers please as this is a
perfectly legitimate request under FOI. Or don't you want to give
me this information in reality?

Yours sincerely,

Melizza Moore

Re your emails to Councils re adoption numbers. Your haven't contacted my area yet, namely Bridgend Council. Have you overlook it or not got around to it? I'd be very interested to discover what it tells you.

The Campaign to bring the 'hidden' side of the official Child Care Sector into the open began in 1979, with the formation of a Parents' Aid Branch in Harlow, Essex. By 1985 there were a lot of PA branches or individuals scattered around Britain. Now only the Harlow branch still exists. However the others have obviously been replaced by other groups.

In 1985 PA members from around the Country met in London, - in February for a Parliamentary Lobby, and in December to release balloons inscribed with the names of children from Westinster Bridge, and to lay cards and presents for children to whom parents had been forbidden to sent them, around the Christmas Tree in Trafalgar Square. I wrote an article, containing a few Photographs taken during the last event, about the 'care' situation at that time.

The increase in the number of 'forced adoptions' is obviously a response to the discovery that Children's Homes have been breeding abuse, under-educational achievement and prison in-mates, whilst any increase in the number of children being taken away from their parents is obviously a reaction to Social Workers and Paediatricians allowing children with a multitude of broken bones and bruises, sustained over a long period of time, to be killed by natural or step parents.

I'm currently doing research into Fostering Allowances. It is clear from some of the literature that some Councils have sent me that Fostering is now a site of 'Social Engineering'. Foster Parents are being 'taught' by Social Workers how to produce well-adjusted children - in exchange for being given substantial NON-MEANS CHILD ALLOWANCES that enable them to provide the children with a high standard of living.

Hi to A WILLIAMS.

I'm grateful to your message.I did overlook it. I'm very sorry. I have put one in now. I just had to ask my husband where Bridgend was. I mean what borough of the U.K. Then I remembered the "place that's been in the news for the suicides". That's odd in itself, but that's a new story. Unless.......

You don't appear to have asked Merthyr Tydfil Council either. It REFUSED my first request for information on fostering... So its reaction to your request would also be interesting. (Bridgend, MT plus a couple of other places were once upon a time subsumed under Mid-Glamorgan)
