Re Freedom of Information Act 2000
Thank you for your request for information, which was received on 28th
January.
We have completed the search of our records and please find a copy of
the information you requested.
We are required by law to notify birth parents when child is no longer
placed with prospective adopters, or where the placement breaks down
before the adoption order is granted. They are therefore notified in all
cases.
