Dear Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru / National Assembly for Wales,
Please can you provide me with information about Adoption
Allowances. I understand that there are two types, namely those
paid by the Government and those paid by Adoption Agencies.
Can you please elaborate? Is there a Standard Rate? If so, what is
it. If not, how is it determied how much should be paid.
Yours faithfully,
A Williams

Thank you for your information request. You may be aware that following
the implementation of the Government of Wales Act 2006, the Welsh
Assembly Government and the National Assembly for Wales are two separate
organisations. Can you confirm that your request relates to Adoption
Allowances paid by the Welsh Assembly Government. If this is correct and
you are content I will pass your request to the appropriate official in
the Welsh Assembly Government.
