I am writing to request an internal review of Enfield Council's
handling of my FOI request 'Adoption Agency Decision Maker'.
I am unable to access your FOI Site as you advise that my Password
has expired and it won't allow me to log in - in any case I wish
your response to be posted onto this same FOI Site that I used to
make my original request.

can confirm that the London Borough of Enfield holds this information.

yesterday, this is due to the fact that I been experiencing problems with

FOI REQUEST
Will you please advise who is your agency's Adoption Panel Decision Maker
and:
a) What position does that person hold within your Authority
b) Is that person social work qualified?
c) is that person registered with the General Social Care Council
(GSCC).
FOI RESPONSE
Our agency's Adoption Panel Decision Maker is Tony Theodoulou the
Assistant Director for Children's Services.
He is social work qualified and registered with the GSCC.
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your
original letter and should be addressed to:
