Dear A Williams
It has been recently brought to my attention that we have had an issue with some of the FOI requests that have been routed through the what do they know website.
I have received confirmation from the what do they know administration that there a small number of requests that did not route successfully due to our IT systems sifting out SPAM mail. Our IT department have now followed the guidance that the what do they know administration gave to ensure that all mail is received successfully.
On checking the correspondence from the site administration, this was one of the requests that had not been received, and I requested that it be re-directed, in order that I had the correct mailbox to respond to, as yet this has not been done.
Now I have details of the mailbox, below I will log the request and ensure it is actioned ASAP.
Kind Regards
Sharon
