copy of the decision letter sent to Broughton Hall High School by
the Appeals Panel which heard and upheld the 41 appeal cases
referred to in this local newspaper article.

Further to your email of 19 April to the Head teacher of Broughton Hall
High School in relation to appeals held in 2010, the Head teacher has
