Authority (SRA) requesting information. I am treating this as a request
for information under the Law Society Freedom of Information Code of
Practice ("the Code").

You have requested access to the following information:

"Please provide a current organisation chart

showing names of directors employed / managers employed

title

start dates

salary

perks

pensions

date due to retire"

The SRA is a part of the Law Society but acts independently in carrying
out its regulatory functions. The Law Society is not covered by the
Freedom of Information Act (the FOIA) as it is not a designated authority,
but has adopted its own voluntary Code of Practice which closely reflects

below the response to your request for information under the Law Society

Please find attached the SRA high level management structure chart with
the relevant names and job titles.

I am withholding the remaining information under section 16 of the Code
(link below). This is because the information you are requesting is
personal data and therefore exempt from disclosure under the provisions of
the Data Protection Act 1998.
