If we discount medical staff, that would still include nurses and midwives, therapists and scientists in the category of admin employees?

Do you actually mean managers?

We can confirm that we do not employ any admin staff earning more than £58,000 a year.

We employ a total of 6,245 staff and out of that total we employ 12 senior managers who earn more than £58,000 a year.

Divisional General Managers:
4.00 posts - x2 Agenda for Change (AfC) Band 8c; x2 AfC Band 8d

Corporate Support Functions (Finance, HR, Communications, IT, Procurement, Legal) - 8.00 posts - x4 AfC Band 8c; x2 AfC Band 8d; x2 AfC Band 9.

Under the nationally-agreed Agenda for Change the salary ranges for the above bands are (2010/11)

AfC Band 8c - £54,454 - £67,134
AfC Band 8d - £65,270 - £80,810
AfC Band 9 - £77,079 - £97,478
