Dear Driving Standards Agency,

I would appreciate if you could provide the following information
regarding UK ADI Part 3 tests (Car):

1. A breakdown of the number of tests successfully passed or failed
at each of the 3 attempts allowed during each of the calendar years
2005 - 2009 (inclusive) where the test candidates were trainee PDI
(pink) licence holders.

For example:
Calendar Year 2005 - trainee licence holders
Attempt #1: Passed: 1456, Failed: 3716
Attempt #2: Passed: 1734, Failed: 2439
Attempt #3: Passed: 1614, Failed: 1245

Calendar Year 2006 - trainee licence holders
etc.

2. A breakdown of the number of tests successfully passed or failed
at each of the 3 attempts allowed during each of the calendar years
2005 - 2009 (inclusive) where the test candidates were not trainee
licence holders.

For example:
Calendar Year 2005 - non-trainee licence holders
Attempt #1: Passed: 1456, Failed: 3716
Attempt #2: Passed: 1734, Failed: 2439
Attempt #3: Passed: 1614, Failed: 1245

Calendar Year 2006 - non-trainee licence holders
etc.
