Dear H Davey

In order to facilitate your request in a timely and accurate manner I will
need to ask you for some clarification regarding your request.

You ask "I would like to enquire about 'patient turnover' in connection
with the care a patient receives" - are you referring to the number of
admissions or the number of outpatient appointments?

Also you ask "and also the adherence to patient appointments within
clinics" - Do you mean the number of patients who did not attend their
appointment?

We await your clarifications in order to progress your request.

Kind regards
