(a) addresses of “long term empty” Commercial properties that are
within Liverpool City Council area; and

(b) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a)

Thank you again for your Freedom of Information request and in order to
provide you with all the necessary information I would be grateful if you
clarified these points to me. In your request you asked for the following
information:

(a) addresses of long term empty Commercial properties that are within
Liverpool City Council area; and

(b) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a)

- Is the last known occupier will suffice as we won't necessarily know who
the owner is,

- Could you please specify for what period you require the information?

To clarify my request what I want is the address and owners of all
empty commercial properties within The Liverpool city Council area

In relation to the ownership I would prefer the owner of the
property but if that not possible the last known owner
