Dear Mr Nash
I refer to your FOI request for details of the addresses and owners of
empty commercial properties in the Epsom and Ewell Borough Council area.
As I`m sure you're aware I can only provide this data where the address is
owned by a company and not an individual.
Since our business rates system cannot produce a report detailing just
these properties we would need to undertake a manual exercise to produce
the relevant list.
I estimate this list would take more than 18 hours to compile and
therefore I must decline to provide the information requested.
