Dear Mr Nash

Please find attached a report as requested relating to empty commercial
properties.

Please note that any accounts in the names of individuals, have been
removed from the list. Also those parties listed are the liable parties,
and not necessarily the owners of the properties.

Finally I have not included any properties which are empty and the liable
parties exempt as in administration

Yours sincerely

Mrs B L Harvey
Support Officer
