Dear Stephen,
Please find attached a copy of the Council's response to the above FOI
request. We have not supplied details of the owners of the properties as
on our system we do not differentiate between properties owned by
individuals and corporate entities. If we were to provide these details
we could potentially breach the provisions of the Data Protection Act
where the owner is an individual.
I trust this deals with your request satisfactorily.
