Dear Mr Nash
I am writing in connection with your request for information under the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the address and owners of all empty
commercial properties in the Wycombe District area, which I received on
17 April 2009.
I have forwarded your request for information to Monika Gibilaro in
Property Services. She has advised me that we only hold details of
property which we own. She also has advised me that your request would be
better addressed to the Land Registry, however, we are able to provide you
with a list of our commercial property. Please confirm if you would like
us to forward you this information.
If you have any further comments or queries relating to your request,
please contact me quoting reference number above.
Yours sincerely
