Dear Mr Nash,
I apologise for the delay in dealing with your request for information.
As you may be aware this information is collected from the National
Non-Domestic Rating system. The Council has recently outsourced its
Council Tax and NNDR functions and whilst this information has been
requested on behalf of the Council it has not been forthcoming despite a
number of reminders from me. I am progressing this issue to the best of
my ability and hope to have the requested information with you shortly.
Yours sincerely

Dear Mr Nash,
Thank you for your request for information received on 17^th April 2009.
I have now received a response from the Council Tax section and the
information you have requested is attached.
You should note that where owners names are sole traders or individuals
this has been redacted from the information supplied. This is because
under the Data Protection Act 1998 the information would not have been
fairly processed and would therefore breach the first principle of the
Act.
I hope this satisfies your request but if you have any queries or concerns
then please contact Ian Colyer, Freedom of Information Officer, Welwyn
Hatfield Council, Council Offices, The Campus, Welwyn Garden City, Herts
AL8 6LA, Telephone: 01707 357413, Email: [1][Welwyn Hatfield District Council request email] . I
attach a copy of the Freedom of Information complaint procedure.
