Thank you for your email. I will arrange for this matter to be logged
under our complaints procedures for you at stage 1. In line with guidance
from the Information Commissioner's Office, as a council we operate a
single-stage review process. This allows us to review decisions taken
under FOI before you have the opportunity to escalate to the ICO.

You will receive an acknowledgement letter from the complaints team in due
course which will explain the process and deadline. In the meantime as
mentioned in our reply letter to you, we are in the process of reviewing
our responses to empty property data generally and taking legal advice on
this.
