Dear Mr Nash,
It has come to my attention via the website www.whatdotheyknow.com
that your request for a review does not appear to have reached me.
I apologise for the delay.
I can now respond to your query as follows:-
The information set out in the list of addresses of empty
properties in Stroud District could identify living individuals,
and consequently the Council considers it to be exempt from
disclosure under section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000
which covers personal data.
If you require a review of this decision, please write to the
Council's Head of Legal Services. If your complaint is not resolved
to your complete satisfaction, you do of course have the right to
contact the Information Commissioner's Office for a decision.
Kind regards
Colin Spencer Monitoring Officer
