Dear Sir or Madam,
Please can you provide me with the following information under the
freedom Of Information Act 2000:-
(a) addresses of “long term empty” and “uninhabitable empty
properties” that are not owned by individuals within East Borough
Council area; and
(b) the number of Bedrooms for each the above Properties and
(c) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a)
“Individuals” means natural persons, or the beneficiaries of
deceased individuals, if they are also natural persons.

Do you not have a list of empty residential properties within the
Borough ?; I thought it would be available from the records you
hold for the purposes of collecting Council Tax.
Can you please check your records and provide a list of empty
residential properties within the Borough
