Please can you provide me with the following information under the
freedom Of Information Act 2000:-
(a) addresses of “long term empty” and “uninhabitable empty
properties” that are not owned by individuals within Bournemouth;
and
(b) the number of Bedrooms for each the above Properties and
(c) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a)
“Individuals” means natural persons, or the beneficiaries of
deceased individuals, if they are also natural persons.

I am writing to request an internal review of Bournemouth Borough
Council's handling of my FOI request 'addresses of “long term
empty” and “uninhabitable empty properties'.
I refer you the decision of the Information Tribunal in the case of
Colin England and The London Borough of Bexley and the Information
Commissioner EA2006/060 and EA2006/066 which clearing states that
you have to provide ALL the Information I have requested.
