Dear Sir/Madam
Please find attached a report following your recent request under the
Freedom of Information Act:
I request under the freedom of information act 2000 a list of all
residential dwellings in the borough that have been empty 6 months
or longer
Please note that the attached are residential properties which have the
current relief, which follows a period of six months exemption for being
unoccupied and unfurnished. They do not include any properties that have
an exemption for any reason, for eg if they are uninhabitable.
