Thank you for your Freedom of Information request for details of long term
empty properties in this borough. Your request has now been considered and
is answered below.

You requested the following:

(a) addresses of "long term empty" Commercial properties that are

within the Barking & Dagenham Borough Council area; and

(b) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a)

a) The council owns the following long term empty properties

The attached spreadsheet shows all privately owned long term empty
properties in the borough.

b) Under The Data Protection Act 1998 I will not release personal details
of the owners of the properties on the spreadsheet. However this
information can be obtained via the Land Registry.

If you need any more information, or if I can be of any further help,
please contact me.

If you are not satisfied with the way that I have dealt with your request
