In reply I refer you to decision of the Information Tribunal in the
case of Mr Colin P England and London Borough of Bexley and The
Information Commissioner Appeal No EA/2006/0060 & 0066 in the light
of which do you think you can include the owners of commercial
properties not owned by individuals.

Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Brent Borough
Council's handling of my FOI request 'address of long term empty
commercial properties within Brent Borough Council Area'.

I refer you to the to the replies i have receive to my request on
What Do They Know from other councils. I also refer you to the
decision of the Information Tribunal in the case of Mr Colin P
England and London Borough of Bexley and the Information
Commissioner EA2006/060 and 066
