Good afternoon
Further to your request regarding the above I am writing to tell you that
unfortunately the Council does not hold this information centrally in a
list format. It would be very time consuming to gather the information
requested and in all likelihood take longer than the 2.5 days the Council
is required to spend dealing with Freedom of Information requests.
If you are able to be more specific or refine your request we may be able
to supply you further information. Please contact me to let me know how
you wish to proceed.

Good morning
I've spoken to our HR team and the difficulty for us is the type of
payment you have requested information about. To provide the detailed
information you have requested would require manual investigation of the
budget codes we use to supply 'additional' payments to staff. We
anticipate that this would almost certainly exceed the 2.5 days the Act
allows for providing information to requests. However, we believe we may
be able to provide information without any breakdown/detailed description
within the 2.5 day limit if this is acceptable to you? Would this be
helpful? Could you let me know how you wish to proceed please.
Many thanks

Dear Helen,
Thank you for the excellent info.
Could you possibly clarify one point, though?
I can't find a payment category that matches the type of payment
generally referred to as 'market supplement' or 'recruitment and
retention payment', or similar - a payment awarded to staff or a
post in order to combat difficulties in recruiting or retaining
staff in the face of a competitive labour market.
If it's there under a different name, could you point out which one
it is, please? If not, could you please add that category to the
data?
Thanks very much,
Mr S Wilson

Good afternoon Mr Wilson
My understanding is that there is no specific category or code for 'market
supplement' or 'recruitment and retention payment', or similar. A payment
awarded to staff or a post in order to combat difficulties in recruiting
or retaining staff in the face of a competitive labour market is paid as a
either flat rate allowance or honoraria according to how our payroll
department are notified by the relevant department. Any 'market
supplement' will therefore be included in either of those two categories.
I hope this answers your question.
