Dear Mr Smith,

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request for 21 October. In
which you requested the following information:

"In addition to disclosing the 2008/09 and 2009/10 salary ranges for
senior management grade officers, please can you disclose the average and
maximum honoraria, allowances and all additional payments paid to said
senior officers?"

I have attached the current Senior Management Grade salary ranges as
requested. Please note that these are the same for 08/09 and 09/10 as no
cost of living salary increase was applied to SMG posts for the year
09/10.

Please also note that staff on Senior Management Grades do not receive
performance related pay. A standard travel allowance of £2334 is paid to
SMG Officers for travel in the Greater London area. Additional
