It is reasonable to beleive that this requested information is held
by Hillingdon Council as the co-chair's address is given as a
Hillingdon Council email address (cspencer @ hillingdon.gov.uk) and

I am writing in response to your Freedom of Information request below. Please accept my apologies for the delay ion our response which is due to a current heavy workload.
We have checked our records and confirm that Kent CC and Chris Spencer took over as Chair jointly with Kent CC in September. Therefore we only hold minutes of the meetings that were held in November and February.
