Dear Mr Mawson

RE: FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 REQUEST

REF: 2670

Further to your request for information regarding the total cost of the
prosecution of Adam Mann and Elizabeth Kilgallon at the Central Criminal
Court in 2010.

I have previously requested the case file back from the CPS London area,
and as soon as the papers are received at CPS Headquarters I hope that I
can provide you with the details as you requested.

The CPS does not record or bill the time spent by CPS Prosecutors and
Casework staff on preparing and prosecuting criminal cases. We do however
record the cost of external prosecution Counsel(s) from the bar in an
individual case, if one was briefed.

Yours sincerely

Ian Baker
