The request was successful.
From: Winston Smith
30 July 2010
Dear Huntingdonshire District Council,
I would like to be provided with the following information
regarding ad hoc or non-fortnightly refuse collections from
villages. The information I require does not concern the normal
collection of household waste, but those which have been done
outside of the 'normal' fortnightly runs and have been done for
payment or for favour.
Please provide details of all such collections of waste materials
from the villages around Huntingdon covered by your council for the
months of May, June and July 2010. In particular I would like to
know, by village only:
1. the dates of each collection from each village.
2. For each of these:
a. the authorised items to be collected (ie garden waste, sofa,
carpet etc.
b. whether fees were paid or not for each individual collection
and
c. if no fee charged, what was the reason for this.
3. The total amount of revenue received from these collections for
this time period.
If any part of this request is likely to exceed the cost limit
imposed by the FOI Act, then I am happy for q3 to be withdrawn,
followed by question 2.
Yours faithfully,
Winston Smith
