3. Who are the directors of this company?

2002. The contact details for this body are;

company? (from EDC)
None of the directors of the organisation are East Dunbartonshire
Councillors or members of staff.
5. Where is the money paid into? ie, which banks, and are any offshore?
It is the Council's view that the details of where our third party partners
bank is information that is exempt from release under Section 30 of the
Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 'information prejudicial to the
conduct of public affairs.' This information has been provided to the
Council in confidence without the expectation that it would be made public.
The Council feels that the release of this information would likely damage
our relationship with this partner organisation, and may also affect how
similar voluntary organisations see the Council, impacting on the way in
which the Council delivers services to the public. The exemption is subject
to a public interest test in which the likelihood that the release of the
information will cause serious harm to our relations with these third party
organisations weighs in favour of exempting the release of the information
you have requested.
I hope that this information is to your satisfaction. If there are any
problems please do not hesitate to contact me.
If you are dissatisfied with the way in which East Dunbartonshire Council
has dealt with your request, you are entitled to require the Council to
review its decision. Please note that in order for a review to take place
you must:
- Lodge a written requirement for a review within 40 working days of the
date of this letter

Dear East Dunbartonshire Council,
Thanks for some information, but im disappointed that once again
the Taxpayer is being refused information about where their money
is going in terms of Bank accounts etc. I am pretty sure this
company are glad to be receiving this money, and if they are not,
surely someone else could do it. I also see from the company house
site that they are English based, do they send people up here to
work or do they employ locals? Transparency is the talk of the
Government, I would like to see it happen.
Yours faithfully,
