As previously mentioned we have drawn a negative result in an attempt to
locate the request you are enquiring about. For this reason I can advise
the PSNI Freedom of Information Unit have not received the request for
information you refer to.
I note you forward your emails to zAccessToInformation and can advise
that as this is not the address for the Freedom of Information office we
are dependant on other offices forwarding these email to ourselves.

I write in connection with your request for information dated May 12, 2010 which was received by the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) on May 13, 2010. I note you seek access to the following information:
Questions about officers acting up in a higher rank
This request will be dealt with under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. A response should be sent to you within 20 working days. The Freedom of Information team will advise you in writing if there are any delays in responding to your request and will keep you advised of progress.
In the event where the cost of complying with the request would exceed the "appropriate level", which is fixed at £450, as stated in the Freedom of Information Regulations 2004, it is the policy of the PSNI to close the request. You will however be notified of this decision and given an opportunity to refine and resubmit the request.
If your request requires either full or partial transference to another public authority in order to answer your query, again, you will be notified.
If you have any queries regarding your request please write or contact the Freedom of Information Team on 028 9070 0164. Please remember to quote the reference number listed above in any future communications with the Freedom of Information Team.

learn that you have not been able to open the response to your request

Thank you for your reply which is now readable. I would like to
point out to you that your previous answers were attachment.bin, I
am unsure as to where your pdf. answers have gone! As previously
stated in correspondence I have no desire for my personal data to
be exposed on the internet or to the PSNI.
