In response to your enquiry of 12 January, I am now able to provide the
information you require:

1. Can you tell me through the Freedom Of Information Act how much East
Lothian Council has paid AC's Taxis & Mini buses in the last 5 years?

£2,787,208.98.

2. Who are the directors of this company?

This information is not held by East Lothian Council, although it may be
available from Companies House: [1]www.companieshouse.gov.uk.

3. What was the purpose of these taxis/mini buses being used? ie,
schools/concerts/sport/old people etc? full list please.

· Home to School transport involving both mainstream and special
educational needs pupils.

· Various trips from individual schools (see PDF file attached).

· Transport of school meals.

· Adult Social Care service users as part of a care plan.

· East Lothian Councillors for the purposes of Council business.

4. Were they used to travel abroad? If so, to which countries?

No.

If you are dissatisfied with the way your request has been handled or with
the information we have provided, you are entitled to request that we
undertake an internal review. We must receive such a request within 40
working days of the date of this notice. A request to review our decision
must be in writing (e-mail is acceptable) or another permanent format. We
will then have 20 working days from the date we receive your request in
order to complete our review and give you our decision. The review will
