From: Steve Elibank

Dear Home Office,
Please provide me with a list of all current members of ACPO. If
the 'personal information' criterion prevents you from identifying
people by name, then please provide me with their rank and
organisation, eg. "Deputy Chief Constable, Hertfordshire Police." I
am aware that ACPO is not currently subject to Freedom of
Information provisions but I imagine that you hold the material I
am requesting, which I would prefer to be provided in an electronic
format.
Yours faithfully,
Steve Elibank
