James Murray made this Freedom of Information request to Home Office
The request was refused by Home Office.
From: James Murray

Dear Home Office,
Attn Teresa May MP
For several years I have been requesting my parliamentary
representative (E. Leigh, Esq) to bring my case to your attention.
Since I have never yet had the courtesy of any response from you, I
would ask you to please confirm that
the information has not reached you. In which case I can supply it
direct.
Briefly a Housing association (ACIS Group) falsely accused me on
perjured witness statements of ASB and I was twice in court falsely
accused. I have been obliged to mortgage my home to pay legal costs
for my defence.
I am an innocent 76 year-old ex-service pensioner with an
unblemished record of service to this country (civil, diplomatic
and military) and have been a victim of this HA for nearly a
decade.
Please let me know if you are aware of my case or not ?
Yours faithfully,
James Murray
