Dear Sir or Madam,

Please supply me with accounts of allocated funding and expenditure

Prince Road, London, SE11 6JF during 2009.

Yours faithfully,

You should also ask for a breakdown of all the property on the Elthred Estate. And ask when The Estate will be receive a facelift just like the Tower Blocks- Ward Point. The Tower blocks have received a great deal of funding for improvements over the years,(just look inside) Yet the Elthred Estate have received nothing!! The only Improvements it has had over the last 30 years is painted wall and stairwell which have stop and new doors, windows and a new boiler due to the blast where the new buildings are now located. Oh and a new roof that does not help with the heating of the flat at all!! The doors and Windows Were Government funded yet Leaseholder was still ask to pay towards it. And with the spare cash provided due to Leaseholders contributions Where did that money go to improve the rest of the Estate ie the Lighting and look of the Estate. !! You should ask when they Plan to Improve the Elthred Estate.

Whilst I understand your anger, I don't really appreciate being told what I "should" do. I'm trying to address the issue of refurbishment problems that have been going on all year at Deacon House, for which Ethelred accounts are irrelevant. I suggest you raise your own FOI request for the information you require.

Dear Mr Benjamin

Thank you for your email dated 26 January 2010.

Firstly, please accept the delay in coming back to you, due to an
administrative oversight.

However, having discussed the status of your original FOI request
and verified our internal records, I can confirm that a response to
your request was initially sent to you on 21 Decemebr 2009.

The email was sent by Ms Bev Johnson to the email address provided
(original email enclosed below).

I am sorry to hear that Ms Johnson’s response did not reach you. I
must advise that this is not the first time this occurs to us when
replying to enquiries submitted via the “whatdotheyknow” website,
as on previous occasions we received “failed delivery receipts” to
emails sent vie this website.

Once again I apologise for this delay and I would kindly ask you to
confirm receipt of this response.

Yours sincerely

Dear Mr Benjamin

The works is still ongoing at Deacon House, therefore the final
account for all works to this block will not finalise until
April/May 2010.

Home Ownership Department will be responsible for sending out
invoices to leaseholders for the major works to Deacon House

Thank you

Dear Mr Benjamin

Please see below a copy of the “failed delivery receipt” I have
just received after attempting to reply to your FOI by email.

There definitely seems to be a glitch causing all emails sent to
this address to be rejected.

I am now logging this and my previous email directly from the
website. However, I would suggest that you raise this issue with
the website administrator so as to prevent further incidents.

Kind regards
