Dear Department of Finance and Personnel (Northern Ireland),
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Department of Finance
and Personnel (Northern Ireland)'s handling of my FOI request
'AccountNI'.
I believe that you are with holding or deliberately not giving some
information.
Firstly I asked are there currently any technical faults or
unresolved problems. You said "The Account NI project was
successfully delivered and signed-off in 2009." I am asking about
2011. Also if this was successfully delivered then why does the
AccountNI not recognise any minus amounts?
I also asked how much does it cost to process a single payment
though Account NI and how much it cost to process a single payment
though the old BACS system? You tell me that this is not held? Wise
up. How then can you declare Account NI a success or failure unless
you know what the score is regarding each transaction. I want you
to look again at that.
