Dear Mr Moss

Further to your request below, we can provide the following information:

· KPMG are our external auditors. They can be regarded as
continuously used although the work follows an annual cycle.

· We also contract with Salford Computer Audit Services for 20
days per year. This is for specialist computer audit  work that we would
not have the skills to do. This is an annual rolling agreement managed
through a memorandum of understanding.

· Bolton at Home undertake accounting services for the Housing
function.
