Accountability and medically induced killings

Charlotte Peters Rock made this Freedom of Information request to South Yorkshire Police Authority

Waiting for an internal review by South Yorkshire Police Authority of their handling of this request.

From: Charlotte Peters Rock

6 September 2010

Dear South Yorkshire Police Authority,

I would be grateful for your expeditious reply to the following:

1 To whom, or what body, is South Yorkshire Police Authority
accountable?

2 What form does that accountability take?

3 What sanctions apply if members of South Yorkshire Police
Authority Staff act against the public interest?

4 Who applies those sanctions?

5 What organisations and public bodies have accountability to South
Yorkshire Police Authority?

6 How many formally recognised complaints have been made about the
actions of the Chief Constable, since Meredydd Hughes took over
from Mike Hedges? An annual breakdown would be appreciated.

7 How many of those complaints have been investigated by South
Yorkshire Police Authority? (If not by the Authority, then by
whom?)

8 How many of those complaints have been upheld?

9 What - if any - sanctions have been made by South Yorkshire
Police Authority against Meredydd Hughes?

10 What is the number of medically induced killings, which have
taken place in South Yorkshire Police Authority area since 2000?

I would be grateful for your expeditious reply.

Yours faithfully,

Charlotte Peters Rock

In six and a half years the main accountability which I have had from South Yorkshire Police, was from a Detective Superintendent, who stated, "My hands are tied". It was sais several times, so I take it that he felt they were tied - though they looked fine to me - and it was his brain that I expected him to use.

Let us hope that by now he has taken his bad back off into retirement (unfortunately, at our expense) and that someone more accountable is in charge.

18 October 2010

Dear Kaplan Leon,

In respect of your letter of 22 September 2010, I wish to clarify
the request which you made, to be told what I meant by the phrase:

"medically induced killings"

By using the term "medically induced killings" I mean precisely
killings produced medically, by the intervention of a lay person,
who lies over and over again, about the state of a person's health,
in order to produce the deliberate killing of that person, by
nurses, doctors and drugs (and incompetence) of the NHS.

Inducing someone else - or in this case inducing a very
self-protecting cover-up system (NHS)- to kill on your behalf,
seems to be a great way to kill.

From my dire experience, such "medically induced killings" work
very well in South Yorkshire, where the police force will not
investigate such killings. But perhaps I am wrong, and South
Yorkshire Police has now moved on far enough to begin such
investigations?

I would be grateful if you would now reply to the question.

Thanks.

Yours sincerely,

Charlotte Peters Rock

I note that South Yorkshire Police and its Police Authority have been taking dancing lessons again.

As usual, following murders, they feel they have ticked the boxes.

However, where murder is concerned, and such a murder can be proved, and the large range of medical records, to which they have been given full access, shows the proof clearly, perhaps they should get out their police rule book.

Policing should not be 'Pick'n'Mix. The idea is that our police officers should adequately investigate and prosecute all and every murder.

So why will South Yorkshire Police Force not do the job for which we pay it?

Accountability of police officers, should - over the last six and a half years - have produced sackings at the highest level in South Yorkshire Police Force and its Police Authority. And those sackings should have been following by Court appearances, to answer charges of fraud and misrepresentation. Of course, that is only a personal opinion - but I do believe it to be well-founded.

Dear South Yorkshire Police Authority,
This has been placed on Whatdotheyknow site and you need to know
it:

'I note that South Yorkshire Police and its Police Authority have
been taking dancing lessons again.

As usual, following murder, they feel they have ticked the boxes.

However, where murder is concerned, and such a murder can be
proved, and the large range of medical records, to which they have
been given full access, shows the proof clearly, perhaps they
should get out their police rule book, pick up their reading
skills, and learn what it says about policing.

Policing should not be 'Pick'n'Mix. The idea is that our police
officers should adequately investigate and prosecute all and every
murder.

So why will South Yorkshire Police Force not do the job for which
we pay it?

Accountability of police officers, should - over the last six and a
half years - have produced sackings at the highest level in South
Yorkshire Police Force and its Police Authority. And those sackings
should have been following by Court appearances, to answer charges
of fraud and misrepresentation. Of course, that is only a personal
opinion - but I do believe it to be well-founded.'

South Yorkshire Police Authority has been given more than adequate
reason to sack Meredydd Hughes, had it had any wish or will for
accountability.

It has been made fully aware of deliberate killing which Meredydd
Hughes, as Chief Constable, should have investigated in the
appallingly 'Wild West' area of Doncaster.

If he had any idea of the meaning of the word 'accountability' then
his sole intent seems to be, to avoid it.

However, public money is paying him for the shambles which the
actions of himself and his officers is making of our safety.
Because of that, and because he does not act in isolation, an
example needs to be made.

South Yorkshire Police Authority - acting as the paymaster and
controller of South Yorkshire Police Force, is - thus far - in
complete dereliction of its stated duty to the general public,
which is its own ultimate paymaster. For that reason it needs to
have the corrupt elements removed from the payroll, and landed in
Court.

And I commend that action to you.

This si also a formal request for an internal review of the
abortive actions which have taken place thus far, and which were
designed by you to shut out well-reasoned and essential complaints,
with the sole intention that the complainant should 'go away'. I
must point out, that will not be happening.

Corruption and immorality, idleness and unaccountability are not
'services' for which any member of the hard-pressed public is
paying.

Yours faithfully,

Charlotte Peters Rock

Personal Attention of Chairman, South Yorkshire Police Authority,
and Phillip Crick, Information Compliance Clerk (whatever that
means)

Dear Phillip Crick and Chairman of the Authority,

So that you are aware that I have read your fiction about
'vexatious repeated requests' may I make it clear that I am now
also calling for your removal from your own post, since if the best
you can do as a public employee, is to shut out the public which
pays your wages, the sooner you are gone the better.. and
preferably with no severance nor pension, since you are not working
for the public at all, if you deny the right to a full
investigation of deliberate killing; and your Police Authority is
prepared to ignore South Yorkshire Police Force's refusal to
investigate, once it had been furnished with full proving
documents, which in its idleness and corruption, it had refused to
find for its self.

I would like a copy of South Yorkshire Police Authority's 'vade
mecum', so that I can quote in future the sections with which you
refuse to comply.

Yours faithfully,

Charlotte Peters Rock
