Accidents that took place at parties in the last year in Enfield

Dear Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals NHS Trust,

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act.

Could you please supply me with the number of accidents that took
place at parties in the last year in Enfield, including where
possible details of the accidents and the way in which they took
place.

Please include copies of material which you hold in the form of
paper and electronic records including emails.
