Dear Sir or Madam,
I am trying to obtain any information you may hold regarding Texas
Chicken, 58 Bradshawgate, Bolton BL1 1DW, particularly if there
have been any complaints about the
premises or any accidents involving customers.
I would also be grateful if you could provide the home address,
telephone number and any other relevant contact details for the
current operator of Texas Chicken 58 Bradshawgate, Bolton BL1 1DW,
who I believe to be a Tahir Patel or his brother Salim Patel aka
Salim Mohammed, who I believe was the operator of the business on
the 16th February 2009.
The 16th February 2009 is relevant because on this date a Mr Gary
Griffin, whilst a customer in the premises sustained head injuries
after the chair he was sitting in collapsed.
All information requests to the current operator Tahir Patel have
been ignored, who states that he took over the franchise from his
brother Salim Patel aka Salim Mohammed, aka Max Patel in April 2009
and does not have any contact details for him, which I strongly
suspect is untrue.
As a side issue a visit to the premises found that the seating in
the premises is still defective and continues to pose a threat to
members of the public using the premises.
Yours faithfully,
Tim Lyons
