Dear Leeds City Council,

I would like to submit a Freedom of Information Act 2000.

I would like to know how many accidents have occured on the
Stanningley Bypass in Pudsey, Leeds over the past 5 years.
I would like the statistics to include serious accidents including
deaths and the smaller accidents.

I write in response to your Freedom of Information request, received in
this office on 13th February 2012.
 
With respect to your request, I am pleased to inform that the information
you require is already in the public domain. As such, it is considered
exempt from release under S21 of the Freedom of Information Act
(Information Accessible By Other Means). Please see the link below - the

I trust that this response is satisfactory; however, if you are
dissatisfied with this response then you have a right to appeal to an
independent officer within City Development. On appeal, your request will
be re-examined and an assessment made as to whether the requirements of

You also have a right under Section 50 of the Freedom of Information Act
