Dear Cardiff Council,

I am writing to request data on the number of incidents which have
occurred around 'death junction' in Roath.

This is a five-way junction between Crwys Road, Mackintosh Place,
Albany Road, City Road, and Richmond Road. I have pinpointed the
location on a map here:

I would like to know the number of collisions which have occurred
on this junction in the last five years.

Please could you break down this information by year - with details
of the number of people involved, the severity of the accident, how
the accident occurred, if there were any injuries/deaths, and what
modes of transport were involved. Please also place specifically
where the accident happened (with the longitude and latitude if
possible) - if this could be represented in a map that would also
be useful.

Predominantly I would like to request this information
electronically, in the form of a spreadsheet .xls document if
possible.

If the decision is made to withhold some of this data using
exemptions in the act, please cite the exemptions used. If the
information is already available elsewhere please do point me in
the right direction.

If you are only able to release some of the information I would ask
that you release this data rather than withhold the entire set.

If this information is unclear or you need further details from
myself please do not hesitate to ring me on the number below or
email this address - I would expect to be contacted should you need
any clarification.

Please can you confirm that you have received this request and I'd
like to remind you that under the freedom of information act 2000
you are bound to respond in 20 days.
