Dear David,

Thank you for your enquiry. I am sorry for the delay in replying to you.

I regret that I am unable to provide the information you requested as
Nottinghamshire County Council is not responsible for the A453. I have
been advised that the Highways Agency is responsible for Junction 24 to
the A52 and the rest is the responsibility of Nottingham City Council.
