Accidents in LS15 Area

Emma Thorne made this Freedom of Information request to West Yorkshire Police

West Yorkshire Police did not have the information requested.

From: Emma Thorne

19 March 2010

Dear West Yorkshire Police,

Under the Freedom of Information Act, could you please provide me
with the total number of accidents which WY Police have either been
called to attend, or have been notified of, either on or at
junctions adjoining Chapel Street, Cross Green Lane or Green Lane
in LS15 in Leeds.

For all those accidents you hold information on, could you please
also provide me with any information you hold that indicates an
analysis of or conclusion drawn as to why the accident occurred
(ie. the vehicle was reported to be travelling above the speed
limit, or the driver was above the legal limit for drink driving).

Please contact me if you require further clarification of this
request.

Yours faithfully,

Emma Thorne

Dear Ms Thorne,

Before we can respond to your request we need clarification on a few points but due to the complex
nature of these I think it would be better if you spoke to one of our senior staff.

Please call either Laura Mudd on 01924 292719 or Janette Mitchell on 01924 292202 to discuss.

Please also note that your request will now be put on hold until we receive a response from you.
If we do not receive a response within 60 working days we will presume you no longer want the
information and your request will be withdrawn.

Yours sincerely,

John Coop
FOI Team
