Accessing My Birth certificate Pre-Paid Account

Dear Prime Minister’s Office,

Under freedom of Information act, please provide me with the
following information:

I would like to access my Pre-Paid Account as Agent, that was
created at my Birth by UNITED KINGDOM CORPORATION. By the STRAWMAN
fiction that my name was turned into as part of the CORPORATION in
order for account to operate and be used in commerce. I wish to use
it to begin discharging any debt sent me, and that my position is
that of Creditor.

In order to do so Please provide me full details of following:
1] Supply me forms required,and which department to submit them to?
2] How are bills to be payed using the Pre-Payed account?
3] What wording is required to make legal tender?
4] Is it the Secretary of the TREASURY bills are then sent to in
order to be payed, or Inland Revenue or other?
5] What is required of me with my Birth certificate in order for it
to become an Bond with unlimited liability?

Please provide me with any other information I require in order to
be successful with my requirements that many others have been
successful at with using, and are now able to be using their
Pre-Paid Account in Commerce Lawfully?
