Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Rutland County
Council's handling of my FOI request 'Accessibility Strategy
Rutland'.
The response to my original request (which did not state secondary
schools - but encompassed all schools) has been limited to
secondary schools. This does not answer the question and is not a
therefore a suitable response. In undertaking your review I would
be grateful if you could address the failure to encompass all
schools in your response and indeed provide the LEA Accessibility
Strategy you are required to maintain by the Equality Act 2010.
