For the year 2005 to 2010 please provide a breakdown of the
percentage of the university budget that was spent on Audio and
Visual RECORDING equipment in lecture theatres and classrooms.
Please could you also state how many official complaints were made
by students who were unable to meet the demands of the university
timetable between 2005 to 2010.

Dear LS Palmer,
The University of Plymouth is endeavouring to answer all of your
information requests in full even in cases where it may take longer than
the statutory requirement to locate the information under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. As you are aware you have recently made thirteen
requests consisting of twenty three separate questions in total, some
requesting very detailed information from throughout the University. The
University has answered ten of these requests to date. Some of these
requests have involved the detailed interrogation of University systems
which do not always hold the information in the manner requested and the
University has provided detailed spreadsheets as necessary to provide this
information in a clear format. The University of Plymouth is continuing to
collate the remaining requested information and will forward it to you as
soon as possible. The University intends to answer all of your requests in
full. In the meantime please find attached a partial response to your
