Dear Ministry of Justice,
I tried to obtain information about a criminal case that was heard
at a magistrates court but the clerk won't release the information
I requested.
I'm confused by this as the case was heard in public so don't I
have the right to obtain details of the case?
Yours faithfully,
T. Morgan

I withdrew the request because after some research of courts legislation/regulations I was under the impression that the courts didn't have to release the information. Maybe I got it wrong?
