For processing of DLA claims, I would like to know under which Act
of Parliament you are authorised to :
A: Request medical Records of a claimant from a GP ?
i.e. GPFR
B: Instruct the GP when asking for a GPFR not to disclose his
report content, or the request for his report to the patient?
You do not appear to be authorised under the
"Access to Medical Reports Act 1988"
