Access improvements at Levenshulme Railway Station

Dear Greater Manchester Passenger Transport Executive,

As part of the Access For All small schemes programme, according to
an answer given in the House of Commons by Theresa Villiers,
£23,000 has been made available to you on a match funding basis to
make enhancements to disabled facilities at Levenshulme Station.
However, that answer did not make it clear if funds for improved
platform access were included in that figure.

I therefore request any plans you currently have for the
improvement of disabled access to the ticket office, and both
platforms, at Levenshulme Station. In addition, I request current
estimates of when any works will take place, and an estimate of how
this would affect services at the station.

Should you be able to answer parts of this request before others,
please respond as information becomes available, rather than
delaying everything until it is all ready. Should you have any
